not to one up you, but the real best is when the property bros show an unsuspecting couple with a big wishlist some $800k home, make them think they can afford it, then hit them with the price after they get them to gush about how great it is. lol you can't afford this place, dumbass.

Yep, this reminds me of the couple that moved to Germany. Because they "just needed something different". Then again, a number of those episodes are fake.

See they should know that they do that every single episode. I still love watching their faces crumple when they realize the house is like 400K over their budget.

Or when the couples get hit with some unexpected expense that is gonna cost $$$ and then 5 minutes later ask Jonathan if they can somehow squeeze a skylight in or add a room on or some other expensive add on.

Both of the Prop Bros could change a nine in threes.

All of them are I think. It's common knowledge they have already closed or leased the home and they just find 2 other ones to complete the 3 shown in the show.

You have to be in the closing process.

I knew it was something like that.

People still watch and don't care though if it's fake.

I also like the show where the guy shows them vacation homes and helps them renovate them and show them how to rent it out so it pays for itself.

I know this isn't a house renovation show, but does anyone watch "The Profit"? I love that show.
