Like I said. once or twice a month. I have to track all that shite so It comes out the back end(pun) when I'm hungry at 5pm and have to eat raw vegetables and a tomato.

you had it worse I think. I could barely keep liquid down this weekend and haven't had an appetite. Feeling better, but still not that hungry. Plus side: I'll look better on my California trip next week

The GF had to go 2 weeks on liquid before surgery. Tons of weird arse protein drinks and powders in water.
BRUTAL. I felt so bad for her.
