That's not what happened to this guy though. He got the double whammy of buying when pandemic prices were still in effect and being in the portion of buyers who got mega boned when Elon dropped prices another $10-$15k in order to make the cars qualify for the EV credit.

I figure it will have at least 100 mile range for a long time. Im not too worried about it. It’s a fun and fast car. I’ll just keep it.
