Sorry for your losses, man. That’s rough. It’s not the last month but I had a couple friends commit suicide over the past couple years... and one overdosed after it seemed like he was cleaned up and doing so well. His parents found him dead in the bathroom with a’needle in his arm. Sad all the way around. The two friends that killed themselves would have been the last people on earth you’d suspect to do it. Just so many questions and you just wish you could have talked to them about what they we’re dealing with and tried to help them.

I’m sorry for the loss of your friends. It’s a terrible act that leaves a lot of unanswered questions. My dad did it on Thanksgiving Eve 2010 and I still think about it every day. I try to focus on the good memories and times we had. I did not go see a therapist but am married to one. She was there the whole way and still helps me when I get down about it. Don’t hold it in .

I would talk to a professional mental health counselor immediately. No one would blame you if you're having difficulty processing this type of misfortune. It's unimaginable.
