Mexican food.
Growing up we had zero Mexican restaurants around here and my momma had zero desire to take us to one. Literally the only Mexican food I ate growing up was the school lunchroom tacos. And those things were not fit to serve to a dog.
When I met my wife she talked me into trying out a real Mexican restaurant and after my first bite of a steak quesadilla, I realized I had wasted a good portion of my youth not enjoying delicious Mexican food.
