If you want revenge then you have to frick the ugliest single woman at the office. Your ex will start to think she must be ugly too and it will lower her self esteem since you're hooking up with someone that repulsive.

Revenge. That’s the only thing that really works.
Could be banging her mom. Could be banging her new boyfriend. You do you.

Wait till she contacts HR and files harassment charges against him. He's probably creepy staring at her and shite now. He's gonna end up fired.

And it's not gay (gray area) if you bang her new boyfriend. You're not doing it for enjoyment. It's just to get revenge.

It's a shame that there are so many jerks on this site who can't help but offer disingenuous advice or say things they think are so funny that people can't help but laugh - when nothing they say is funny at all.

I went through the exact situation you have described. It was a co-worker, too. It will take time, but you will get over it.

My advice is to not beat yourself up. Don't assume she never cared for you at all. Don't assume it will be easy for her to come to work every day and see you, too.

I also advise you to resist trying to make contact with her. For a while, you've got to pretend she doesn't exist.

Well to be fair, he didn’t give much information about the situation so other than a few pick me up lines, what did he expect?

How old is the dude? Was it a serious relationship? Any kids involved? What kind of place are they employed at? Can he get a new job if it’s that bad?

Lesson learned…don’t date someone from work…ever.

Sounds cliche as hell but only time will truly make things easier. Gotta go through the hurt. Trying to avoid that will only prolong things.
