This.

I’m a Twins fan, the tour of Target Field was nice.

Prince’s compound Paisley Park is open for tours. I’ve heard it’s pretty incredible, if you’re into that sort of thing.

Paisley Park and take train downtown to First Ave. Make sure you purchase your metro pass.
Go to the falls and visit St Paul.

I've been living in Minneapolis for 5 years. You're coming during the second to worst time next to thaw season.

It's going to be too cold for summer/fall activities but not cold enough for legit winter activities like ice fishing and skiing.

That being said, minneapolis is a great city with a shite ton. It's a great city for stand up comedy.

acme theater: it's one of the top ten comdey clubs in the country. it doesn't matter if you know the comedian or not, they don't book bad comedians.

twolves: tickets are decently priced and games are fun

breweries: minneapolis is up there with denver on the forefront of breweries, and surly is the flagship. Go to their beer garden. my favorite brewery currently is pryes (the dublin stout or miraculum IPA). or go to dangerous man and get their peanut butter porter mixed 50/50 with their chocolate milk stout

there are a ton of legitimately great restaurants.
butcher and the boar: they make homemade sausage and brats, and but go with the long rib,
pick one of bachelor farmer and spoon and stable and you can't really go wrong.
colita: great oaxacan food in small plates
112 eatery, young joni pizza, anchor fish and chips, bar la grassa

dive bars: go to northeast minneapolis and check out some great dive bars. go on a weeknight and play bingo and roulette. My favorite is 1029 bar, but mayslacks, jimmy's, vegas lounge, the moose, and grumpy's are all great

parlour bar in north loop: it's a speak easy cocktail bar but it has the best burger i've ever had.

If you like museums (i don't), there are plenty of supposedly good ones. Minnesota institute of art is free and has famous displays all the time. Mill city museum is an old flour mill that blew up that they converted to a museum. walker art center and the sculpture garden out side of it

stone arch bridge over the mississippi is cool. the best parts about the city are really the parks and outdoor shite to do so it sucks you won't be here when you could do those.

most of all, save yourself from going to the mall of america. that shite is dumb. it's just a regular mall but bigger.

if they could drop their racist bullshite they'd see what i see in more diversity, better and more diverse restaurants. I love eastern african food and minneapolis has a ton of great ethiopian/somali restaurants
