All of the gay traditions that people make a huge deal over (white linen night, running of the bulls, red dress run, etc.), 610 stompers, the Neville Brothers, trombone shorty, potholes, terrible infrastructure, petty crime, serious crime, company burger, air bnb restrictions, "Big city" guys who work in the CBD and think they are in Manhattan, the spillway, I-10, the entire West Bank, the smell, overpriced parking, ghetto culture, bounce music, victim culture of Katrina ("we're still recovering"), boil advisories...

How long you got? I can do this all day.

If you don't like New Orleans, do us, and yourself, a favor by staying away. We won't miss you.

Oh the ypical delusional Nola attitude. Your city budgets, hotels, bars, restaurants, live music venues, shops to the vallet will miss us. Glad the feeling is mutual.

It'll eventually sink into the marshes and there won't be a city left. Just give it time.

Oh quarter I've been away from that place. But I do live close. Just a shame to see the good citizens of NO having to deal with a racist mayor and so much shite

The tourism economy will do fine without you. In fact, with the numbers having gone up every year since 2009, there are too many visitors.

New Orleans Breaks Tourism Records for Visitation and Visitor Spending in 2016

In 2016, visitors to New Orleans spent $7.41 billion dollars, a 5.1 percent increase compared to the visitor spending record set in 2015, and the city hosted a record-breaking 10.45 million visitors, the highest since 2004 and a 6.9 percent increase compared to 2015.

The 2016 New Orleans Area Visitor Profile study, completed by the University of New Orleans (UNO) Hospitality Research Center for the New Orleans Convention and Visitors Bureau (NOCVB) and New Orleans Tourism Marketing Corporation (NOTMC) shows consecutive increases in both visitation and visitor spending since 2009.
