1. Motorcyclists who drive between lanes of cars during dead-stop traffic.
2. Going out to eat with someone who repeatedly asks the server to come back later to take his/her order because they are too indecisive.
3. People who feel the need to back into every parking spot and therefore hold up drivers who are trying to get out of the parking lot or find their own spot.

Meaning, people who try rushing into the elevator without giving the people in the elevator a chance to get out first.
