I'm always amazed at the amount of hot women Livingston Parish puts out.
However, they all smoke, have at least one kid, at least one tattoo and shitty taste in music.

I think it's a little bit of a misnomer.
When you are out in the country or in a less populated area you just aren't expecting a decent looking chick being your waitress at the local truck stop, so when she walks out by nature you over rate her. Also the fact that a good looking girl is far and few between, you tend to over rate them as well.
It's like swiping on tinder, if there is a ton of fatties, that one OT 5 that pops up gets swiped right with the quickness, when if you were in a populated area with a ton of OT5s, she would probably get swiped left.
Also rural area chicks are less likely to get braces and stuff like that. Also their fashion is usually a decade behind the times kinda like Lafayette.
