Same thing happened to a guy in my high school. Great education, great career, but had a drug problem. Disappeared for a long time. They finally IDed a body underneath a bridge. What the extended family think is that he started ODing and the people he was with ditched him. Body was so decomposed had to ID him by his teeth. His best friend was in the military out of country and it really really tore him up his mother said.
Life is precious. You can argue, bitch and moan about other people all you want. But you know what? Ignore those who bring out the bad in you. Focus on the people who are good and be good to them.

Wildlife and Fisheries must of found the dog first and not the cops. Dog would have been shot on site if discovered by a local deputy.
