Meds take a while. Also you said "luck". If shite really is happening to you you need more situational and breakthrough meds. And therapy.
Reach out to people close to you. Try not to be alone.
Breathe. No shite. Breathing exercises. Do them. YouTube breathing for anxiety and stress all the way to "Wim Hoff" breathing. Dude is crazy, but his breathing exercise works.

Peej, as the others say, don't feel like you have to deal with it alone. follow through with your doctor's advice and if it doesn't work, tell him so you can adjust or try something else. a lot of that is just trial and error with meds...might take a bit, but you will hit the right combination.

I have two wiener dogs that give me great joy... they are waiting at the door when I get home.... I pet them and shelter....
