An IQ above 95 who are sustaining themselves without assistance.

That's a low enough bar.

I managed a Maid service for over a year. It was based in Colorado. The owner was greedy and would hire anyone- and did not e-verify. When the HR rep and I sorted out her jacked-up older records, we realized most had no social or sometimes two, with different names and numbers. They were all on assistance, free homes, childcare, and food stamps, and asked us to verify that they only worked part-time. They all worked full-time, made $22 an hour and up, and got freebies

They shared a truck or SUV ( new) with their "husband". He worked in construction, and I am sure it was the same situation.

So imagine two skilled laborers with no bills but car, insurance, and gas. Making close to 100k. What a life.

My boss did get burned, she owed 25k in back Taxes for paying under the table and then switching them to a w-2 once they got their "docs".

She's a Democrat. Not a Republican.

I now work in staffing. It's the same on all construction sites. They refuse to hire skilled locals.

All the trucks have Texas license plates. The workers are all from Mexico and will tell me they are.

STOP hiring them. They are the reason for a lot of the problems we have.

Maybe the homeowners are elderly or disabled and can't edge their lawn

This is why millennials shouldn’t be allowed to own houses

The only edging they know how to do is on the computer

“Right situations” is a better way to word it.

We shouldn’t incentivize having kids out of wedlock.

Same people who always have at least one car parked in the street when their driveway has plenty of room.

Dude down the street from me will park his car at the end of the driveway and have at least two cars on the street even though they would all fit in his driveway. Can’t hate too much since they’re legitimately retarded and have this sign in their front yard.

In neighborhood there’s always a few houses that don’t bring in their trash cans for days after trash runs. The stereotype verifies
Renters, in general, don't mow their yards often enough, or bring in the trash cans. Sometimes I don't know who's to blame, case by case, the owner or the renter, It's still on the owner if he has an agreement that the renter is responsible for mowing, but the renter isn't complying.
