My superintendent on my last project was a miserable a-hole like that.
Dude divorced his ex in 2002 and still bitched about how she turned his kids against him.
He moved to another state after the divorce and only saw his kids once a year. Dont blame them.

It's rhetorical. Rhetorical questions don't need to have a question mark. He's still lacking punctuation, but an exclamation point would work as well.
