They conveniently left two terms off the list and undefined, though many of the other definitions reference the terms: male and female.

What's interesting is even in their own definitions they admit that there are only two genders. They just use a variety of terms to describe people who are either normal or not.
Oh, AND AGAIN, gender is not ASSIGNED at birth. It is merely RECOGNIZED by medical professionals (and anyone with at least two firing synapses) given the genitalia of the newborn.
If gender could be ASSIGNED, why do we wait till birth to do it? Why not not let women decide the baby's gender at any time? Or the father?
