Whoever made this list has never been to Eastern Kentucky. Lexington listed as the worst city is laughable.

I've never heard of it. Population appears to be about 450. My street in my neighborhood has more people than that.

Exactly. Vast parts of Eastern Kentucky are some of the poorest areas in the country. Lexington and Louisville are the best the state has to offer

This. They should visit Harlan or Hazard sometime.

Lexington? Spokane? Birmingham? Hell, even Ardmore, OK, as bad as it is, isn't close to the worst place in Oklahoma. Every one of this Insta guy's followers must be stupid.
