It's different for everyone and what they spend there money on. I know a lot of people who were saying how ridiculous it was when it came out that Jay Z spent 97,000 at a club. I'm not a fan of JayZ but if you do the math it's like someone who makes a 100,000 a year to spend 150 at a bar. I know guys who make 40 a year and spend 250 plus at bars every weekend lol
