Do not see the escalating heating and cooling and utility costs on the graph.

Nor do I see the steep rise real estate-related tax and services hikes. And where are price changes for "Fur-Babies" on that graph?

Gasoline is about half the price. Computers are cheaper. A 12 oz filet was $19.50 at Ruth’s Chris. Today a 16 OZ Strip is $65. The average wage index for 1990 was $21,028. For 2025 the AWI was over $70,000.
