I don't know, but I don't think that is relevant. Are we saying there is public, acceptable legal precedent for rendering our elections completely worthless through fraud and corruption? Because I have some ideas to improve the outcome moving forward if so.

The ones who employ these methods of fraud are the very ones who make and enforce laws. D or R, it doesn’t matter. They don’t really want accountability, because then they can’t continue using those methods when they need to.

How about conspiracy and actions taken to sway an election? Using knowingly false information. And what about the 50 or so intelligence experts that swore it was Russian disinformation. Who exactly are they and what information did they supposedly have to make that statement? If all of what they did was not against the law it certainly should be.

Elon went live on twitter spaces just now speaking:
- Episode II coming soon (presumably another day) will focus on events after the election
- he hasn’t read the emails, focusing on engineering side. Matt is focusing on the twitter drops. They will release info slowly so people can digest it and at a certain point they’ll do a data dump
- $8 subscription needed to reduce advertiser influence on twitter
- confirmed he doesn’t have suicidal thoughts and if he commits suicide it’s not real
