To answer your question, of course I would've gotten my pizza a couple minutes faster. However, that doesn't mean that the blame will be passed on to that person! In the oilfield if a third party company that I contract screws up do you think the customer will be mad at that company or me? I will get all the blame because I was not prepared! One or two people causing a couple minute delays should not burden everyone! You should have more drivers and each driver should cover smaller areas. It's not rocket science. In fact all it takes is an app identifying routes and where each driver is. Oh wait that's Uber!
I do work for Shell and Chevron and even when they screw up do you think I blame the failures on them!? No because they are the customer and I am here to help them!

15$/hr, 5$ bonus per pickup, 50$ bonus for every 5 hours worked.

The 50$ bonus is only after 5pm Friday through midnight Sunday night. All the others are continuos though.

So you could work from 5pm Friday night till 3am Saturday, then 5pm Saturday till 3am Sunday and make 200 bucks just in the $50 bonuses?
