That was one of the most forced arguments and worst books I've ever read (Elizabeth Buckalew's ENGL 103 class). If you felt her arguments were convincing (at least the one book I read) I sincerely hope you never serve on a jury.

HH Holmes was one creepy dude as well. He kidnapped people from the Worlds Fair and murdered them in his hostel. Netflix has a good show about him.
