The stench of the LSU Lakes "improvement"

Is absolutely awful. I spend a lot time of exercising around the lakes and am very happy they are finally working on them. But the stench of them starting to dredge/drain or whatever it is the doing is awful. Last week every single fish in there was floating at the top,smells like arse. I'm sure the 100° weather doesn't help. End of rant
