Sam Houston slaughtered Mexicans and helped the US steal the territory from Mexico. Houston should be renamed and TX should be returned to the Mexican govt.

I just don't understand what all of this "anti-Rebel" flag crusade has to do with the shootings in South Carolina? How does this help? How does this prevent a crazy person from killing innocent people?

I wasn't aware the confederate flag was banned as an avatar. I'll change it. My last avatar was a chick in a confederate flag bikini, i thought they took it down cause of the chick in the bikini.

It doesn't. At all. It's simply taking advantage of the situation by making sure future generations never see what was dedicated to those in the past. Whitewash history enough and future generations will only hear the "correct" history.
