As entertaining as this is getting, it’s probably time to remove ole cd from the board.

If it is, refund all money. If it’s not, where is he and why can’t he respond and why is she controlling the account now? If he can’t handle managing a TD account, he shouldn’t have control over 20k so... refund all money.
