If that was me and I had a gun I don't know if I would have had the restraint not to put a hole in all of them after destroying my car like that.

Such a tricky situation, but I believe in my heart that you could run over those assholes and claim self defense since they were threatening you and attacking your property. The problem is that these days, you have judges and DAs that refuse to press charges against these criminals, and actually go after the innocent civilians protecting themselves. So it’s a slippery slope when it shouldn’t even be close to one.
But if a gang of people is attacking me and my vehicle like that I’m not sure I’d be able to casually and slowly back out and drive away. I’m gunning it and honestly trying to clip a few of them as I flee the scene. And I’d have the police on the phone as I do it and telling them what’s happening and that I fear for my life.
If my kids are in the car, I’m being ruthless.
But if a gang of people is attacking me and my vehicle like that I’m not sure I’d be able to casually and slowly back out and drive away.
