Only story I've heard about Seals came from a guy that was in the navy. He said the ship he was on was docked in some harbor for a few nights. Somehow his crew got into some kind of shite talking or bar fight with some Seals. The next few nights the Seals would swim over, climb up the side of the boat and zip tie up anyone they found on watch and leave them there until someone else found them in the morning

I am proud to have been friends with the two from Shreveport who were killed.

The helicopter that was shot down and I believe 16 or so SF guys died, I called my brother immediately. He panicked because his friend had been calling him but he didn't make time to speak with him. When he tried to call after I told him about the incident his buddy wouldn't answer. Thank god he was okay and called him back a day later. My brother makes sure he doesn't miss a call from him now.

I know a guy that was a pilot with the 160th SOAR. He probably flew some around at one point or another.

Didn't he got through BUDS twice? Read somewhere he go washed back after finishing and then did not graduate because of a beef with his boss. Dude is badass in my book!
I believe he was in it twice but didnt make it through either time. I believe the first time was because of a broken bone and unable to finish

I have met a few ex-seals in my life but I don't know any. My father was a captain in the Rangers though so I got to spend a lot of time around them. Good people!

None of the SF guys were workout warriors. They all carried normal body fat, but were more than capable of maxing the PT test
Huh? If you can "max" the SF PT test you are a workout warrior!

You base your doubts that this guy was SF in Nam because he's a contemptible human being"?
I have my doubts about anyone that embezzled 10s of thousands of dollars from a childrens organization.

It is hearsay but it might be true?

And it might not. What's your point?

A good friend of mine became a Navy SEAL 3 years ago. He is a brilliant guy and a physical specimen. I went to his wedding three weeks ago in Coronado and met most of the members on his team.
I was incredibly impressed by them. Besides being freakishly in shape, they were very smart, communicated very well and were down to earth people. There is no tighter bond than the SEAL team's. They die for each other and would have it no other way. It was definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity. The way they talked about each other inspired the shite out of me.
I ended up getting to drink with them at their hangout (Danny's) every night as well as having a damn good time at the reception. They party as if it was their last. They run through a good bit of Jameson.
His team will be getting deployed any day now.
I also have met Marcus Luttrell a few times due to family connections and raising money for his foundation. The last time I ask him about meeting Jarvis Landry and Craig Loston at the Andrews Institute as he trained with them the week prior in Pensacola. He said they were good guys.

Thats it? shite I could do all of that but the 14 minute mile right now, I might even be able to do that if I could throw up and just lay around for a day after, and I am an out of shape 36 yr old that doesn't even do cardio!

Friendly bullshitting and prodding I'll believe...bar fight I will not. Any regular arse sailor that is dumb enough to get into a bar fight with a bunch of SEALs is batshit crazy or retarded. Also, I don't believe SEALs would be goaded into a bar fight with anyone....if their code of conduct is anything like that of other spec ops teams, they can get seriously fricked up for things like that.

I'm assuming that's the minimum requirement. Not max score.

My point is that was a legit CSB so why call the dude out for posting it?

Because it would be an act of terrorism to board a US Naval vessel just to screw with the crew.

So you are against hearsay but fine with hyperbole?
