See if China would buy Mississippi for 10 trillion.

What would happen if the government just printed out 38 trillion, didn’t tell anyone and sent out payment on all the bills lol. Say we owe China 10 trillion, we just send printed out money and said hey here you go on the low.
They did this during Covid. Look what happened to inflation. Look what happened to the price of everything.
Printing money is a hidden tax on those who have saved and accumulated something.

Elon said we are going to be broke very soon without major changes. And no changes are on the horizon as far as I can see.

$38 trillion
Most people cannot process what this number means. The Washington hogs like it when the sheep don't understand the information provided to them.
Every working person in America 16 and up (roughly 161 Million) would have to pay about $235,732 to pay off the debt. How many people could come up with this cash if the bill was suddenly due today? Less than 1% of the 161 million I suspect.
The first major issue I see is only 46.6% of the population is working. Over 1/2 of the population is taking and not giving. 17.7% of that is people 65 years or older, can't blame most of them for not giving back because the majority of those did their time in the working world.
We have a serious people in this country and we have already reached the event horizon.

So Trump basically doubled it with his response to Covid. Makes sense. Throw in Ukraine too.
