Random Sex without a condom is usually worth whatever STD/unwanted pregnancy you may get if you and your partner are from the middle-upper class. I'd rather enjoy it and pay the price than play it safe and barely feel it.

I am actually shocked shreveport isnt on there. I know they have been near the top in syphilis and, as the article says, military bases add to higher std rates.
