Scratching my head - I'm going to go with Ken Starr (after almost knocking him down with a door).
I almost knocked Dan Quayle down a flight of steps. I can't recall if I actually shook his hand afterwards, but I don't think so (and he's short as hell - Starr, too - I'm "low average" and I towered over both of them).
