I always vote against new taxes. This shite town and state gets enough of my money, running a terrible school system I don't use, running a shitty bus system I don't use, and DEFINITELY milking an elderly care system I'll NEVER use. If they can't make do with that they have, then hire less cops. frick BR.

We should fully fund the police, fire, sewer and other basic services and they should get funded first.

If we want to fund BREC, the Library , and EMS that's next. CATs next, etc.

There should be no special taxes for cops. They should get regular funds(sales taxes, fees), but the Mayor and City don't use these monies corrects.

The mayor and her ilk think that money solves everything. You really think anyone is going to work under an administration that has overtly been at odds with police for a year and a half? They way they handle the most recent shooting will determine their recruiting success, not money.
