They will not bring their "awareness" for Allison Rice like they did for George Floyd.

They will not scream for "justice" for Allison Rice like they did for Michael Brown.

Ask yourself why.

I am not going to get into the racial argument, but Baton Rouge is not the only place where an innocent person has been violently killed. This happens to innocent victims every day across the country. As tragic as it is, there is nothing nationally noteworthy about Allison's killing.

Oh we all know why.

But if the two shite sacks who did this die horribly, they’ll show up.

Because one was killed by young misguided youth who need more programs and the others were killed by racism.

In BR, it is noteworthy because, as mentioned in other threads, the vast majority of murder victims are “in the game”.

A girl getting shot to death while driving back to campus is the kind of shitstorm that the city and the school will try to forget before the next set of freshmen show up.

Correct. This is a major story for Baton Rouge. There is nothing that makes it a national story, though.

Makes for a good opening on how murders have spiked in a number of cities across the country.

BR is up on the list though NOLA is #1 with about 9 missed bullets and one they hit.

You want media coverage, get to the streets and protest. If you want to be heard, you have to speak the loudest. Organizing mass groups of people will do that.
I read it all the time, why don't we go out there and protest, lets do this and that. No one is stopping anyone from going out there and doing just that. You want to be heard, go out there and get heard.

Yeah. This murder eats at me and I don’t even live there. That said, innocent people are gunned down daily somewhere in the country. Yes, it happens at the hands of low-life thugs. The difference, as pathetic as it may be, is BLM and their “activists” hit the ground running and force attention upon themselves by blocking roads and screaming through megaphones.

While this is true, the same should be able to be said about the Alton sterlings and George Floyd’s of the world. But the media puts on a show to drive a narrative for shite bags simply because of race and ignores the senseless cases. You can’t deny that. That’s the point of the OP. Citizens should raise hell and question why as loudly and as often as we can every time the double standard is in play. Will anything change? Probably not, but it doesn’t mean it should just go without being called out.

The media are mostly liberal driven.
Liberals get elected by poor uneducated democrats.
Blacks vote are mostly democrats.

Liberals are hypocrites for the most part. Double standards.
