say “ creepy “ or use an incel reference. Which is generally what women do when they become emotionally overloaded and fall back on shame to try to control the conversation.

Interesting that you mention this. And while I do agree that if a man ignores his wife, fails to provide, treats her horribly ect, and then expects sex, it would be difficult to participate.

Having said that, there is a HUGE difference between not having your emotional needs met and wanting attention on demand.

I’m sexy. I’m gifted. I’m never creepy. I am a gentleman of the Old School who also happens to understand the innate differences and nature of both sexes. I love women but I expect them to compliment my life. And I would NEVER allow a woman to “ cut me off” without ending the relationship. I’ve been fortunate to always be with women who did not use sex as a weapon. Not have I withheld my emotional support. Maybe because I’m not “ creepy”.

I like how he can first try to shame or call me out (which I treated like a joke) but he definitely can’t take what he gives

That quote looks a wee bit manipulative, on second read. Maybe that’s how he gets casseroles all the time.

I’ve been fortunate enough to never use sex as a weapon

1 Corinthians 7:5

5. So do not withhold sex from one another, unless both of you have agreed to devote a certain period of time to prayer. When the agreed time is over, come together again so that Satan will not tempt you when you are short on self-control.

You forgot the part about not ever having a man cut the grass. Take those two things together, and you have a perfectly clear picture. You see it. I know you do.

there is a difference - but it also conveys what is important

You should be able to give your wife attention on demand - within reason - and she should do the same

I never call my husband at work unless it’s an emergency - so if I’m calling, he answers.

I didn’t realize this was an option. Maybe I should withhold some.

You can’t tell me your last few posts don’t come off as bitter or a little weird.

Specifically? Why don’t you be a fully formed adult and defeat my argument? Why the need to characterize my viewpoint as “ bitter or weird” ? What am I bitter about? What’s weird about discussing human nature honestly? Maybe you are just unequipped to consider viewpoints that make you uncomfortable?

Women DO have intrinsic value.
Men are disposable.
It has always been so and it will always be so.
It’s our nature.

while usually true, it's not always the case - I know of more than one couple where the wife is the "high drive" member and husband has openly stated he can take it or leave it, and much preferring the latter.

in each case, I have my own opinions on why that is but that's not the topic here.
