Wayne Huizenga? The guy that used to own the Miami Dolphins and stole Nick Sabin away from LSU?

Nah. He's probably thinking of someone else.

House is now for sale $12,500,000

Actually that house has a bargain price for what it is.

That same exact house in Miami, say Miami Beach or Coral Gables, would be north of $40 million.

I don't think you understand what a bargain is.

I get it, is all relative. It's all about location.

There are some absolutely huge houses in BTR that aren’t visible from public roadways....

There is a house at the end of Knollwood that is 8600 sq feet and not a lot of people know it is there.

Zillow

It is currently for sale for $5.4M.

That is really not very big, relatively. Tons of houses in BR area have a square footage like that.

and that same house has been on the market for almost 2 years... and it will likely stay on the market for another 2 years unless they DRASTICALLY drop that price.... that thing is extremely dated and lackluster for that price point

and as someone who is also a realtor, all i have to say is, Crystal Bonin has her work cut out for her trying sell this albatross...

it's a fricking gaudy monstrosity in a town where the pool of prospective buyers is almost non-existent... anyone with this kind of money can afford to buy a piece of land and build their own extravagant and unique home.... i'd say the location is good, but it's really not a great location when you consider the traffic that area gets at peak traffic times...

i'm sure she's stoked to get the listing, but this tier of house is a whole different beast, and can quickly run you ragged... hope the seller have some tempered expectations and are willing to see that number dwindle over time before it even comes close to being a viable option for anyone

Doubt 14,000 sq ft is the biggest.

That's livable space. I'm sure it's probably close. That's a massive amount of space under the roof
