Maison Blanche, not Foley's.

The arcade in there when it opened was so legit. Beat The Lost World many times in 1998.

Seriously? It's the end of July on Saturday, during the summer.. In Baton Rouge. There are a lot of people getting their last second vacation in.. Or doing other things. It's not really a prime time weekend for shoppings.
I might go there... Maybe once every three or four months.. And it is never as bad as people on here make it out to be.

Where was the arcade?
My husband just reminded me that there was a La Madeleine in there. I had completely forgotten that.

The arcade was at the entrance between Sears & Macy's. I'm not sure what's there now, maybe a Pottery Barn?

They should have relocated the zoo to the Cortana Mall site.

The Mall of LA stays pretty busy.
Sweet fake Baton Rouge sucks thread, though.

Independent jewelry stores will start popping up in a couple years.
Sad, that place was the shite when I was a teenager.

But that site is already a zoo.

The (insert mall here) is such a wasteland.
I wish the Mall of Georgia would become a wasteland. It seems like it gets more and more crowded every year and the traffic in the area gets worse and worse.
Kinda sad to hear what’s happening to the Mall of LA. It opened around the time I started driving and it was awesome having a mall to go to that was so close.

I went to the Mall of LA this morning for the first time in a decade and was surprised at how many people were in there - it is certainly nicer than it used to be. With that being said I hope I dont have to go back for another 40 years.

We partied in that field in the late 90s. Great mud riding through the tree line and then it opened to a field.
