Success for women is getting married and having children

No serious person thinks women are meaningfully inhibited from success in the USA by sexism from men. The idea of a women in a boardroom being mansplained to and old men not allowing her genius to shine is dumb and unrealistic for anyone who has ever seen the modern inner workings of leadership at a large institutions. Most of the time it's the complete opposite.
The reality is that almost any gap between men and women is explained by natural, innate gaps between men and women. It's the type of social talking point/discussion that reveals how dumb we've become. We all instinctively know that most women will feel more fulfilled with a balanced life that includes domestic things in varying degrees - home, children, etc. But we have to ignore that (likely reprioritization at peak career times, etc.) when having this discussion. We all instinctively know that women are less naturally inclined toward STEM, but we're asked to pretend that this is the product of sexism instead.
Just imagine how many millions of hours have been wasted arguing, discussing, studying, etc. these topics because the last two statements have somehow become verboten in our culture.

Husband and I graduated same year, same degree. He actually got a further degree and additional certification. I as a white female have always made more than him, a white male.

The market is smart.
So if it was true that a woman with the exact same qualifications, skills, and abilities would get hired for the exact same job but get paid 20% less, wouldn't every business owner just hire mostly/all women and enjoy a significantly higher profit margin?
I mean, even the most ardent and committed sexists among us would value the money over holding women back at some point, right?
Except that's not what happens.

My wife isn't being held back, but she did have one or two professors at LSU that didn't think much of women being in engineering. I think this is largely dying out.
Bottom line, production of value is the winning trait of a person and leads to success.

The only people holding women back are other women
This is true in every professional setting I have ever witnessed
Before law school, I worked for a manufacturer as a buyer. My boss was a woman (quite good looking too). She and I got along very well. There were two woman buyers, who were bitches towards her.

You never said owners which only makes up like 0.04% of Asian women here.

Like their male counterparts a lot of them are highly educated and are doctors and engineers. Also the “Asian” category in the US still includes Indians so not fitting of the nail salon type which is mostly Vietnamese (3rd largest Asian group after Chinese and Indians)
