I’ve seen that guy consistently there - also a tall/thin white guy who drags his 70+ yr old “Mom” out there and she can’t stand upright - her back is at a 45 degree angle from her waist - head to the ground. Really, really sad.

Why can’t BR get rid of this trash. So sick of the homeless pieces of shite at every intersection. City needs to make their lives miserable until they leave.

New Iberia has a guy who sits at the intersection of Dale and Center St. (Hwy 14).

He's just into waving at people.

It seems to me that a person standing for hours on end on a 1 - 2 foot wide median between multiple moving cars is a public safety concern.

I absolutely believe that a cop could make sure they aren't panhandling on that median.
