I live in a nice section of town, I saw a group of dumbass younger individuals attempt to donut, one fall out, other grabbed him obviously printing, not actually donut but ride up on the curb, speed away, and when I called the cops they verbally shrugged on the phone and said they'd send a unit to do a sweep.
The police don't give a frick because they know these idiots won't be actually punished.

My guess it's a combination of an increasingly lax justice system, where criminals are getting less jail time and in most cases 0 jail time. Especially after Covid.
And because of this, police are discouraged from locking these people up because they're risking a greater riot on their hands and are likely being told to stand down as a result.
Plus Soros and his agenda to push for lax DAs and judges compounds the issue.
And then you have cell phones being able to record every disturbance out there from multiple angles in great detail. Along with social media where you can become "famous" through your videos going viral.
All this crap seemed to start during the 2010s with the race baiting riots, and is timed perfectly with all the contributing factors I mentioned.

Where are you going to put them all if arrested? There’s simply not enough jail space.
Just open fire on them and put them in the ground or cremate the bodies and dump the ashes on top of the ground to save the cost of digging.
Would also solve the issue/problem of recidivism.
