Application designed to screen out advertisements I have no interest in for both internet and TV media use. The wastage in advertising has to approach 99%.
think of the carbon that would be saved

To be fair the reason that every app and website asks for all your personal data is to serve you ads that would theoretically be relevant. Everyone just tells them no all the time by instinct.

They are already doing this. Massive efforts of data collection by the tech giants are the reason why you can Google search a product and get targeted advertisements across platforms.
