I've also lived in Ruston and Monroe. The whole area sucks

My son wants to go to tech and asked me if he could have some of the land I'll inherit to build a house on. I'm trying my damnedest to talk him out of both

My bro lived in Houston for 6 years.
Have a good friend that lives there.

To me It's just like Nola, fun to visit occasionally but I would t live there.

Obv Nola more fun than Houston but if you can't find some good times in one of US largest cities, you suck at life.
