this dude should've been the final witness for Heard's side... she relied on me to make sure the op-ed wasn't defamatory... I determined it wasn't defamatory and as the best defamatory lawyer in CA, NY, & DC I should know... therefore it wasn't defamatory

Sort of. I am guessing the jury charge is going to ask whether Heard published the op ed with malice or reckless disregard for the truth.
She will argue that a lawyer blessed it, therefore she could not have been reckless.

Yes, exactly what she said but you need to ignore that because Aquaman was the most successful movie of all time when it came out so the only logical reason she didn't get bigger roles is because Johnny Depp defamed her.

This is the problem with these arguments about damages. There really isnt anything to point to say that Depp did this. Her complaint is that her career didnt take off like they wanted, but they cant show that Depp did it to her.

I don't like superhero movies and even I remember her having negative reviews about being cold and wooden.
