They are playing some of her testimony right now. She is acting. I'm sure Depp was to some extent, but she is really performing right now. Not believable though. Sounds like a character in bad B movie.

She is explaining an emotionally abusive relationship to a tee. I actually believe her. She’s failing on the physically abusive part. Definitely feels like she’s lying about the physical abuse.
Depp also explained emotional abuse to a tee. They stayed together, because they were emotionally abusive towards each other. And they were satisfied with that for awhile. Mutual emotional abuse = toxic relationship. With Heard being physically abusive at times.

True dat.
But the real flaw is in the plan for direct. If you’d worked with your witness, you would not leave room for those objections. And the other side will slow that shite down after they lose the first two or three. Otherwise they look obstructive.
Overall, several of these lawyers need to bone up on evidence. It’s surprising, really, how much they don’t seem to know.

That’ll be when we see the real Amber. They’ll make her crack, get pissed off and show her true colors. I’m convinced that’s why they’re just letting her ramble instead of objecting to everything like Heards side did when Depp was testifying. His side wants to reference her BS story and rip her and it apart on cross examine.

She doesn’t make eye contact. She attempts to overly explain small details. Tried to go into explaining how it made her feel. It just feels like someone trying really hard to get you to buy it.
The emotional abuse feels accurate and can somewhat be corroborated with the marriage counselor. They were toxic towards each other: Her description of paranoia and over jealousy also fits with Jennifer Greys statements from their relationship earlier in Depp’s life. When she’s explaining it, it’s more like she’s just stating known fact. Not trying to overly sell it. Because she knows it’s true herself.
So yeah, there are many factors that lead me to believe there’s a very high chance she’s being honest about that.

she was on the stand for 4 days in the UK trial... they couldn't look at that footage and get the story together/more coherent?
