Gotcha. I'm just an accountant. I understand Blaw basics, but I appreciate the commentary in a case like this.

She's got issues. But that was not a bad day on the stand for her by any means. At least so far.

Something is afoot, here. This is a VERY long bench conference.

I am thinking Heard violated some motion in limine.

I wish Camille would ask,

Ms. Heard, is there some rare condition that we don't know about that prevents tears when you cry?

this sidebar before cross...

if Depp's side destroys her on cross, exhausts their(defense) time, and feel like they've done all they can do to have made their case, would they rest to curry favor with the jury? or will they obligatorily use up every minute of their remaining time?

Cameras are not focused on Heard and she has gone from almost crying back to the DEAD FISH look. I hope the jury sees that.

Rekieta just said the questions to ask are "You were here when your acting coach testified right? You heard her say you have trouble producing tears to cry correct? No further questions"

cross of Heard goes against Depp's time... not Heard's

that said... Camille has like 8 hours to work with if she has the material since cross should be limited to what was brought up in direct

I am guessing Heard slipped up and Camille is now setting up how she will pounce.
