Uh.. No, we busted our asses working from our teen years and stayed outside playing and then taking care of our homes and families. We didn't have time, or money from mom and dad and grandma, for expensive tats and fast food obesity.
Yall are some lazy entitled Mofo's...
Grow up, and get off the fricking couch.
Thats a fact. By age 16 i had graduated high school and had a fulltime job ( approx $3-4 an hour- min wage).
Had an small basic apartment with no cable, no telephone and no a/c. I ate mc and cheese a lot. But i had my freedom and my confidence that i could take care of myself.
Our generation couldnt wait to get out and get our own place, even if it meant doing without luxuries.

Easy times created this mess because our grandparents made it so. The last 80 years have produced lots of bitch arse Cunts that pretend to themselves they are doing something, but in reality, they are fighting against themselves.

Yes, the Boomers entering the workforce in the 1960's that were able to purchase a house and car on a single-income family. You all had it really rough.
Guess what, little whiney, soy, beta... You CAN have a house on one INCOME today ... You just need a STARTER HOUSE, and not the one your parents have moved up to in their 40's and 50's....
All you lazy, entitled weinies think you need to start where your parents are now.... That IS NOT how it works, and NOT what we did... We bought what we could afford, not what impressed our friends. You guys are a mess.

quote:Fact is that average wages have stayed pretty flat and average home prices and rents have skyrocketed over time. Starter house is far more expensive to the average Joe this day in age. It's not even an argument to debate.

You're not good at math, are you? Literal definition of a Baby Boomer is someone born AFTER the war was over. You should thank them for nothing more than ruining this country (Biden, Pelosi, Schumer, etc.)
Who's not good at math??
Biden was born in 1942 and Pelosi in 1940. Not boomers.

lot of them aren’t retired and have no money for retirement
It used to be you could work for a company for 25-30 years and they’d give you a pension.
My insurance bill is so high I could buy a beach condo. Penalty for having kids and raising a family nowadays.
The boomers paid $100 a month for family insurance. That’s not the case anymore for our generation.
