The best interaction I heard tonight at sonic

Pull up. Young black kid is about to get off. Waiting outside for a ride. Says hello when I pull up. We joke back and forth. Good kid.
He goes to walk around the corner and almost walks right into this old lady.
He goes... "Oooooooh Mrs Mary you scared me."
She's clearly the boss and starts messing with him. "I don't scare you enough to empty the damned trash out at the front."
Best response ever...
"Mrs. Mary there's a boogie man out by that trash."
Tipped the kid as he was leaving for the laugh alone.
He goes to walk around the corner and almost walks right into this old lady.

I used to know a guy that went to jail for strangling his sonic manager over a soft drink flavoring dispute. He said he didn’t like the job anyways
