As I've said in other threads, where are the Boeing Turkish accidents? AeroMexico, ANA, Air Canada, LOT, etc.? They're almost entirely contained to United.

I don't disagree, like Continental buying United, and moving Corp to Chicago (reasons?) mergers don't have deleterious effects.

But, since he brought up MD, I remember being stranded AF during the great MD-80/88 grounding of 2007/2008. The MD-90 was an overpowered piece of machinery that I enjoyed, tho.
