Do your research before starting a diet. Not saying it does or doesn't working for everyone, but if you start the carnivore diet, you'd better have a toilet nearby for the first week or two. And not sure I'd recommend jumping straight into it.
Been on it for the past few months and feel great.

But 100 years ago, people most people still did manual labor thus they were exercising.
100 years ago the average person ate a grand total of 3-5lbs of sugar per year ...today the average person consumers well over 120lbs of it annually ... Bread is also completely different in how its made b/c store bought bread is so highly refined that it's sugar in a different form..
The reason why the US is fricking fat is diet plain and simple... We limit the amount of carbs and sugar we put in our body the better off society would be..
I work a desk job and got into a bad habit of eating like shite and don't go to the gym and the only real exercise I get is playing golf.. At the beginning of Summer i went carnivore for 4 weeks and didn't change my daily routine one bit and dropped 30lbs.. a 2 week vacation kinda wrecked my progress as I gained 10 of it back, but I'm getting back on track because i have some personal goals to make... I'll probably cycle between keto and carnivore but i'm not really changing anything else at the moment..
If trying to lose weight its almost exclusively the diet is the make or break not more exercise .. You give me two nearly identical people age and weight put
A) on keto/carnivore with 3 to 4 days of 30 compound weight training and nothing else
vs
B) on a standard american diet with 6 days of 1 plus hour gym time plus sprinklings of hobby activities and couple days of cardio
and i'd betting folding money in 90 days that patient A see's a much more drastic change compared to B because it all boils down to what we're putting in our body plain and simple..

I boil a dozen eggs every other day. so much easier to eat them boiled than to fry them everyday.

I know you think you’re on to something. At first glance even this study would think your hypothesis is correct. Except when you look at the details within.
The more primitive tribes with less contact with westerners saw less problems than those with more contact. You can read the paper and note which tribes were more primitive.
The more primitive tribes had health issues, eyes, teeth, and infections..their teeth sucked because they dragged their prey in the sand; their eyes sucked because of snow blindness and the wind blowing grit into their eyes; their poor resistance to infections were because their sanitation was terrible. None of these issues were due to their diets.
Now, nothing noted colon cancer specifically here in my example, but I’d wager the same thing is happening in your study as well in that Eskimos are eating a more western diet and succumbing to the same problems we are.
People really need to read what Stefansson did and ate and the struggles he went through.

How many steps do y’all get on average at work? Typical, 14,000-20,000.

Fiber is very essential
False... There's literally No research that supports humans needing any fiber whatsoever in their daily diet.

ETA: Curious where the downvotes are coming from, running burns a shite ton of calories so theoretically you can eat whatever you want when running that much.
You obviously burn more calories running vs walking but for most (especially for those overweight) walking is much more sustainable than running. Also, it's much easier on the joints for those who are overweight.

100% agree. But I was responding to a post saying walking 30-45 mins will allow you to eat whatever you want. I just don’t think you’re burning enough calories walking to pig out and eat whatever.
