No. The bridge was actually built SOUTH of the nuclear plant. If there is an emergency at the plant, St. Francisville residents obviously will not be allowed to drive past a nuclear fire to reach the bridge.

Next bridge needs to be a Baton Rouge bypass. Not a shortcut across from Bluebonnet.
