Whenever I see sketches like these, I can't help but think of Lady and the Tramp. What style is this? Is there a collectors market for it?

Looks like a sketch in Painter with brushes set to look like charcoal. Not sure if there is a name for the "style" per se other than sketch..?

Second... How many people is that? There are really only 2 or 3 "major studios" now. Character artists are the fewest. So what, 80 people at most?
