I am not sure why I still subscribe to this junk newspaper. I read the Sports section and do a couple of their Sunday puzzles. Things I could get online.
I understand John Georges' business decision to layoff some employees at the paper, but not to have his hand out especially when he has other businesses.
Do his other businesses have their hand out too?

Advocate getting in line for bailout money.

They’ll print stories that are sympathetic to environmental nut jobs at every opportunity, without caring that many, many people lose their jobs because of it. Meanwhile, printing a daily newspaper requires harvesting of thousands of acres of trees and the hypocrisy doesn’t register with them.
They litter my yard with free newspapers several times a week, and not one of them makes it into the house. Straight to the trash.
