Girls usually get them at some point.
I've noticed em a lot on girl's inner thighs, not talking about fat girls either. Most likely they got em hitting a growth spurt. Doesn't bother me.

They don't bother me, but I do know a girl that has them so bad, it looks like she survived an attack by Freddie Kruger.

I have stretch marks on my thighs and buttocks resulting from losing muscular girth from sports/working out as I got older and no longer play or work out.
